duttythroy only official WM 6.1 ROM flashed. I like. But what the hell a ROM and radio, anyway? All I know is I follow the path update in a forum on my PPC and for all I know I could .... on the edge of my brickin Emperor Help?

The ROM is the OS for the phone. Radio refers to radio or GSM / EDGE using your phone when you make calls or data connections.
