Has anyone connected from Product know thats manual and battery charge to a regular intake of a lamp or radio? I recognize the hand-crank flashlights, radios and cell phone chargers. But I think a little light in my house all the time to stop.

There is no such thing. A desk lamp energy consumption, as it would be difficult to power through a crank mechanism for any period of time.
The most that can probably do is to be treated one on the lamp.
