Help with selling a car in Georgia? - transfer car ownership georgia
I sell a car to a private party. The car loan is not paid. How do I manage the transfer of ownership and title to the buyer? I will use the funds from the buyer to pay the loan. The buyer is not in the state of Georgia.

Explain to the owner, a few weeks to take advantage to get the title, and then come to him.
Give it a fact, in the meantime.
Once we receive the payment, please send your credit provider, and then sit and wait for a few weeks.
The other poster ..... seems to be the fact that you are using money from the buyer to pay the loan .... have overlooked
The above answer is completely wrong and therefore they could find themselves in court.
No one send money for anything, let alone a car, then wait several weeks or more .... simply not true.
You can borrow money from a friend or family member, and if that does not work, you should never try to sell the vehicle.
